Elizabeth J. McKinney

Elizabeth J. McKinney concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate law, business planning, probate and estate planning and taxation. She received her B.S. from Western Kentucky University in 1985 and her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1985. During law school, she was a staff member on the Journal of Natural Resources and Environmental Law. In addition, Ms. McKinney received her license as a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee in 1987. She is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Tennessee, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and the United States Tax Court. Ms. McKinney is a member of the Bowling Green-Warren County, Kentucky and American Bar Associations, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also active in civic and community affairs, as a member and past president of the South Central Kentucky Estate Planning Council, and having served as president of the Bowling Green-Warren County Community Foundation, as well as having served as a member of the board of directors of the Capitol Arts Alliance, Shaker Museum at South Union, Downtown Business Association, Bowling Green Junior Woman’s Club and the Bowling Green-Warren County Community Foundation.
 
 
The mission of the Bowling Green Western Symphony Orchestra is to advance music literacy through performances and educational programs, to provide a symphony orchestra of the highest quality, and to be a focus for musical excellence.
