The Symphony at WKU is in partnership with the Western Kentucky University Music Department to provide performing opportunities for student, faculty, and community musicians.
Together, these two organizations work together to provide an orchestra of the highest quality for our community and region. There are ongoing performances by students, faculty, and visiting artists throughout the academic year at WKU.

Ohio Valley Chamber Music Presenters
The Symphony at WKU receives support from the Kentucky Arts Council each year. The Kentucky Arts Council is a state agency in the Commerce Cabinet that receives funding from the Kentucky Legislature, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Wallace-Reader’s Digest Funds. The Arts Council provides arts-focused grants, programs, and services to the people in every county in Kentucky.
